Biggest nerf: Latent Sunder Charms restricted to Hell-difficulty Magic Find drops only. Meta impact: early-game and low-investment uniques (Bloodletter, Battlebranch, Rogue’s Bow) get more viable, while Season 14’s late-game Terror Zone farming pace is pulled back for the new ladder race.

Mechanics
- Runewords Mania, Hysteria, Metamorphosis, Ground, Temper, Hearth, Cure, and Bulwark, move from Ladder-only to Non-Ladder; new Ladder-only versions replace them for Season 15 active
- Latent Sunder Charms, Magic Find drops now restricted to Hell difficulty only nerf
- Worldstone Shard, drop rate reduced in Terror Zones; an additional item now drops alongside it nerf
- Ancient Statues, drop rate reduced in Terror Zones nerf

- Sigil: Death, mana consumption and skill scaling fixed active
- Miasma Chain, missile collision issue fixed active
