Biggest nerf: LMG ADS transition time slowed to reinforce their sustained-fire role. Meta impact: close-range unarmed fights and water encounters gain new options while LMGs lose a bit of handling speed, nudging the meta back toward Update 42.3’s rifle-vs-LMG balance.
Weapons
- LMGs, ADS transition time increased across the board to reinforce their sustained-fire role nerf
- LMGs, recoil reduction tied to firing position (prone/crouch) reduced; base recoil values unchanged nerf
Mechanics
- Kick, new unarmed-combat action that pushes players back or breaks windows and wooden doors active
- Water combat, sidearms and throwables now usable while swimming, plus a 25% swim/dive speed increase active
- Hitboxes, character hitboxes reworked, with larger hitboxes on console for more forgiving hit registration active
- Preset slots, increased from 5 to 10 buff
- Career Leaderboard, new menu ranking players by seasonal wins, weapon kills, and Clan XP active

- JUJUTSU KAISEN collaboration, themed spaces and visuals on parts of Erangel, available until the next update event
- Ranked Season 43, permanent Mk14 weapon skin as the tier reward, plus reworked Ranked Play Point track chests active
