When Does Battlefield 6 Season 5: Siege of Vegas End?
Season 5: Siege of Vegas is live. It launched on October 13, 2026 with Update 2.1.1.0 and opens Year 2 of Battlefield 6 and REDSEC. EA has not confirmed when Season 5 ends, so the countdown above tracks an estimate.
EA's roadmap runs the last phase, Frozen Aces, from December 8 into January 2027, and the estimate on this page sits in late January. It will move to the official date as soon as EA announces Season 6.
What's New in Season 5: Siege of Vegas
Season 5 follows the three-phase model of earlier Battlefield 6 seasons: Siege of Vegas at launch, Casino Heist from November 10, and Frozen Aces from December 8.
Vegas Strip, Area 51 and the launch weapons
Two maps arrived at launch. Vegas Strip is a large combat map built around casinos, fountains and hotel towers, with rooftop ziplines, storm drains, land vehicles and helicopters. Area 51 is the second. Four weapons came with them: the Mk 24 assault rifle, the RSPR personal defense weapon, the Z84M light machine gun and the ELR-40 bolt-action sniper rifle. REDSEC adds Rapid Royale, a faster battle royale mode.
Casino Heist and Frozen Aces
Casino Heist brings a third map set in a casino on November 10. Frozen Aces on December 8 reworks Blackwell Fields and New Sobek City, adds the Operation High Roller mode, and delivers the Server Browser and Platoons.
Dead Space: Convergence
A limited-time crossover, Battlefield 6 x Dead Space: Convergence, runs from October 20 to November 7 and brings a 16-player PvE mode to Area 51.
Before Season 5: Siege of Vegas Ends: What to Finish
Season 5 rewards follow the season clock, but some of them close well before it does.
Battle Pass tiers
Battle Pass rewards that are not unlocked and claimed before Season 6 arrives cannot be earned from the pass afterward. Battlefield 6 passes run past 100 tiers, so stacking weekly challenges early is safer than counting on the final days.
Convergence event rewards
The Dead Space event ends on November 7, months before the season does. Anything tied to Convergence has to be earned inside that window.
Pro bonus path
Battlefield Pro owners have a separate bonus path on top of the regular tiers. It follows the same season clock, so its rewards also need claiming before the rollover.
What Comes Next After Season 5: Siege of Vegas
Season 6 is unannounced. EA has not named it or given a date; the roadmap only runs Frozen Aces into January 2027. Battlefield 6 seasons have usually been confirmed in an EA community update a few weeks ahead of launch. Earlier seasons are listed in every Battlefield 6 season.
